Your 6-Week Journey
Weeks 1-4: Getting Stronger
We'll start with learning proper form and building your foundation. No pressure, just focusing on getting comfortable with the movements.
Week 5: Deload
This is your deload week – we'll back off a bit to let your body recover and get ready for something exciting.
Week 6: Celebration Time
We'll test your new 1-rep max in both lifts. This is where you get to see just how far you've come!
