Hi, I’m Cayla 👋
My name is Cayla Jardine-Hunter, and I’m a passionate personal trainer in Charlottetown dedicated to helping people discover the mental and physical benefits of training. My mission is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter — feels empowered to reach their goals.
With over 10 years of experience coaching specialized classes, small groups, and one-on-one sessions, I know that fitness is more than just physical. It’s about building confidence, improving mental health, and fostering a sense of accomplishment that carries over into every part of life.

1-on-1 private training is an excellent way to create and achieve your short-term, and long-term goals. No matter what your experience level, my approach will help you reach yours!

Semi-Private Training
Perfect for any member, new or seasoned, that’s looking to improve their skills. This is a great way to get acquainted with our class programming and the community.

Partner Training
Whether you’re a couple or friends looking to train together, these sessions offer a blend of personalized coaching with the added benefit of working out alongside someone special.

Personalized Programming
Personalized programming gives you everything you need to succeed. We discuss goals, physical limitations, work out preferences and come up with a plan of attack! We will do regular routine check-ins to keep you motivated and on track.
