My name is Cayla Jardine-Hunter, and I’m a passionate personal trainer dedicated to helping people discover the mental and physical benefits of training. My mission is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where everyone — whether you’re a beginner or an experienced lifter — feels empowered to reach their goals.

With over 10 years of experience coaching specialized classes, small groups, and one-on-one sessions, I know that fitness is more than just physical. It’s about building confidence, improving mental health, and fostering a sense of accomplishment that carries over into every part of life.

1-on-1 private training is an excellent way to create and achieve your short-term, and long-term goals. No matter what your experience level, my approach will help you reach yours!

Personalized Programming

Personalized programming gives you everything you need to succeed. We discuss goals, physical limitations, work out preferences and come up with a plan of attack! We will do regular routine check-ins to keep you motivated and on track.

Block 1 - Bench and Deadlift

The Lifting Lab is my 6-week strength program that focuses on mastering the basics. Whether you're completely new to lifting or returning after a break, this program meets you exactly where you are.

Over the years, I've learned that the magic happens when you have:

  • A clear plan to follow

  • Proper progression that makes sense

  • The confidence that you're doing things safely

  • Someone who believes in you (that's me!)

This program gives you all of that.

Your 6-Week Journey

Weeks 1-4: Getting Stronger
We'll start with learning proper form and building your foundation. No pressure, just focusing on getting comfortable with the movements.

Week 5: Deload
This is your deload week – we'll back off a bit to let your body recover and get ready for something exciting.

Week 6: Celebration Time
We'll test your new 1-rep max in both lifts. This is where you get to see just how far you've come!

What You'll Get

When you download the program, you'll receive a complete detailed PDF that includes:

  • 12 detailed workouts (2 per week for 6 weeks)

  • Warm-up routines for every session

  • RPE guidance so you always know how hard to push

Everything is laid out clearly, day by day, so you never have to guess what to do next.

This 3-Day Full Body Strength Program is designed with a focus on progress. This program hits every muscle group with purpose, blending compound lifts, accessory exercises, and conditioning finishers for a complete training experience.

3-Day Full Body Strength Program - Glute Focus

Get ready to sculpt your glutes with this 3-day-per-week training program designed to deliver results. This training program focuses on foundational lifts — Back Squats, Deadlifts, and Strict Press — paired with targeted accessory exercises and conditioning routines to enhance glute development and overall strength.
