Personalized programming gives you everything you need to succeed. We discuss goals, physical limitations, work out preferences and come up with a plan of attack! Hi, I’m Cayla 👋
I was raised here in Charlottetown, PEI. I went to school here, and then attended post-secondary education at UPEI.
My love for movement and team spirit started at a young age. I spent a lot of my school years participating in team sports and taking on leadership roles in sports such as hockey, soccer, rugby, and softball.
