I run a small business and I really miss you when you can not make it. I understand that sometimes plans change, and I strive to accommodate ALL my clients’ needs to the best of my ability. I appreciate your continued business and consideration for you fellow athletes and myself as your coach.

24 hour Notice Cancellation Policy

I require 24 hour notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule your session. If you cancel within the 24 hours of notice your session will be saved. However, less than 24 hour notice may result in a lost session.

Personal Training, Micro Group Training, and Couples Training Session Expiration Dates Policy

In order for you to make progress with your training it requires you come in for your sessions. Before you start we will agree on a training schedule and time frame you will be done with your sessions by (eg: 1 month, 6 weeks, 2 months, etc). Clients who purchase packages must use all sessions within that specified time frame. If a client cancels or reschedules within the appropriate notice period the session can be rescheduled within the remaining time frame. Unused sessions after the expiration date will be forfeited and no refunds will be given.

No Show Policy

If a client does not show up for their session without any notice the session will be considered a “no show” and the client will lose that session. The session will not be rescheduled or refunded. This policy also applies to clients who show up 20 minutes late without prior notice.

Vacation Policy

Session may be paused for vacation purposes however I will require your specific return date to training. Pauses for vacation can be up to a maximum of 2 weeks. Repeated use of this policy may be subject to review and could result in the standard cancellation policy.

Illness and Emergency Policy

In the event of an Illness or an emergency, I may choose to waive the standard cancellation fee at my own discretion. However, repeated use of this policy may be subject to review and could result in the standard cancellation policy.

Trainer Cancellation Policy

In the event I am sick and unable to provide you with my service you will NOT lose a session. This policy also applies to any vacation time I take. I will always give you at least 2 weeks in advance notice for vacation reasons. Clients of mine have full access to group classes when I am sick. All clients always have full access to ANY open gym time slots at ANY time.
